Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Dorsell Performance LLC, operating as Dorsell Performance™ ("Dorsell Performance," "we," "us," or "our"), handles information collected through dorsellperformance.com (this "Site"). This is not individualized legal advice — please have this policy reviewed by a qualified attorney before relying on it.

Information You Provide to Us

We collect only what you voluntarily submit through the forms on this Site. Depending on which form you use, that may include:

  • Your name and email address (every form)
  • Company or organization name, and job title (Corporate, Speaking, and Coaching inquiries; optionally, the Performance Assessment)
  • Phone number (optional, Corporate, Speaking, and Coaching inquiries)
  • Details you provide about your goals, timeline, budget range, or group size (Corporate, Speaking, and Coaching inquiries)
  • Your responses to the Performance Assessment's 18 self-assessment statements, and the resulting Execution Score

We do not require an account to use this Site, and we do not collect payment information — the book and any future paid offerings are not yet available for purchase through this Site.

How We Use This Information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about coaching, corporate training, or speaking engagements, deliver the resources or guides you request, send the newsletter if you subscribe, and notify you when The Discipline Philosophy becomes available if you request launch notification.

Performance Assessment responses are used to calculate your Execution Score and personalized results, shown to you directly in your browser, and to suggest which of our services may be relevant to you. This suggestion is a navigation aid based on your responses — it is not a clinical, psychological, or diagnostic determination.

Where Your Information Goes

Form submissions may be routed through a customer relationship management (CRM) system or email service provider that we use to follow up with you.

If you use a "Schedule Your Consultation" link after submitting an inquiry, you will be taken to Calendly (or another scheduling provider we may use), which has its own privacy practices governing the information you provide there.

The Dorsell Performance App is operated on the Polsia platform, a separate product from this website. If you use the App, its own privacy practices apply — this policy covers this website only.

Analytics and Cookies

This Site does not set cookies on its own. If Google Analytics (GA4) is enabled for this Site, it may set cookies to measure site usage — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. We do not send your name, email address, or Performance Assessment answers to analytics; only non-identifying context (such as which page you're on or which button you clicked) is included in any analytics event.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Doing so should not prevent you from using this Site's core functionality.

Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business relationship with you, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or a longer period is required by law.

Data Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS. Our contact forms include automated safeguards against spam and abuse, including rate limiting on repeated submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from the newsletter or other communications at any time. To make a request, contact us using the method below. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.

Children's Privacy

This Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the Site or our practices change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
